Psychiatric Consultations contains information about a range of mental illness and personality disorders including anxiety, depression, stress, dementia, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more. We also have a sister site which deals with all matters concerning addiction. Psychiatry Consultations is intended as an educational site for those who are suffering from undiagnosed mental disorders, as well as patients, and families and friends of patients. Psychiatric treatment can be on outpatient, day patient or inpatient basis. This is often supplemented by community care including the CPNs (Community Psychiatric Nurses), Therapeutic Community, Self-help groups, Drop-in centres (Alcoholic Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Depressives Anonymous) etc. As well as working from private clinics in London and the South-east of England, Dr. Zak also has independant consultation rooms, which are situated on Carlisle Road in Eastbourne. "Dr. Zak" specializes in the elderly, addictions and medico-legal work and is currently taking extra qualifications in the treatment of children.
